Returns & Refunds:

La Chandelle candles are individually and small batch poured lovingly by hand. We are passionate about delivering exceptional quality every time, and every effort is made to ensure consistency.
Our wax is the finest on the market, carefully blended to give the best possible results. It is made of 100% natural plant material with no added chemicals.

Please note that our candles are made by hand and will vary in appearance and colour. Please also be advised "frosting" may occur and this is not a fault in the candle. This is a natural effect of using soy wax and does not, in any way, impact the performance of your candle.

Here at La Chandelle, we pride ourselves on the high quality of our candles, and use the finest ingredients we can source. We are confident you will love your purchase, and due to the custom made-to-order nature of our candles, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind.

We go to great lengths to ensure your candles are packaged safely however if your candle has been damaged during delivery please send us an email to lachandellenz@gmail.com with a photo and a detailed description and we will arrange a replacement.

Each candle is unique in the way it burns and the burning time will vary depending on size, oil and environment.
