Shipping, Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING DOMESTIC

New Zealand

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding public holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. Once the order has been packed and is on board the courier, you will receive shipping notification with your Track & Trace information.

 

North Island:

We offer a $7 flat rate for shipping within the North Island,

For all North island deliveries, please allow 1-3 business days once you have received confirmation from us that your order has been dispatched.

 

South Island:

We offer a $10 flat rate for shipping within the South Island,

For South Island and Rural, please allow 3-5 business days once you have received confirmation from us that your order has been dispatched.

Rural:

Please note there is an additional $4 charge for all Rural deliveries or deliveries heading to the Islands (Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stewart).

PO Box:

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.

If the incorrect freight option is selected, we will contact you by email to arrange payment of the difference.

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

 

While we don't currently have automated shipping rates set up for International orders, if you are outside of New Zealand, please contact us and we will quote your order.
